memtok

Use your saves from Claude or ChatGPT.

The memtok connector lets an assistant search and read the library you built from your TikTok saves. It only reads. It never changes your library.

Before you start

You need a memtok account with a library. Import your TikTok export first. Searching transcript lines, reading Pro cards, and asking questions need Pro.

The server URL for every app:

Claude

  1. In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, and add a custom connector.
  2. Name it memtok and paste the server URL.
  3. Choose Connect. Claude opens memtok. Sign in with your email link and allow access.

Claude Code

claude mcp add --transport http memtok https://memtok.app/api/mcp

Then run /mcp in Claude Code, pick memtok, and sign in in the browser it opens.

ChatGPT

  1. In ChatGPT settings, open Apps and turn on developer mode under Advanced settings.
  2. Create an app named memtok with the server URL and OAuth sign-in.
  3. ChatGPT opens memtok. Sign in with your email link and allow access.

Tools

Search saves
Finds saves by words in their title, creator, or transcript. Free accounts get a match count. Pro accounts also get the matching lines.
List recent saves
Lists your newest saves with titles and creators. Can narrow to one category.
Read an Insight Card
Reads the Insight Card for one saved video, with the claims it cites. Pro cards stay locked on a Free account.
List collections
Lists your collections and how many saves each holds.
List saves in a collection
Lists the saves in one of your collections with titles and creators.
Read a Collection Brief
Reads the stored brief for one collection, with the video ids behind each claim. Pro only. A Free account sees the collection size and template. It never builds a brief.
List kept saves
Lists saves whose TikTok video is gone and which memtok watched before it went. Pro only.
Read the Reveal
Reads your Reveal stats about how you save. Some panels are Pro only and show as locked on a Free account. Watch and share history stay in your browser and are not included.
Ask about saves
Answers a question from your saves only and cites the videos it used. Pro only. Each question uses one of your daily chat turns.

Things to ask

  • Search my memtok saves for the pasta recipe I saved last month.
  • List my memtok collections and tell me which one is biggest.
  • What did the workout videos I saved say about warming up? Cite the videos.
  • Show me the Insight Card for the first result.

Disconnect

Your account page lists every connected app. Revoke one there and it loses access at once. Signing out everywhere also disconnects every app.

Privacy and support

A connected app sees the titles, creators, transcript lines, card text, Collection Briefs, and Reveal summary it asks for. Anthropic and OpenAI handle that under their own policies. On ChatGPT Free, Plus, Go, and Pro, OpenAI may use connector results to train models when Improve the model for everyone is on. Read the memtok privacy policy and terms of service.
