Ask TikTok for your data. It takes 1 to 4 days.

Four taps inside the TikTok app. Pick JSON, not TXT.

  1. Profile → ☰ → Settings and privacy

    Open Settings and privacy

    Profile tab, then the menu in the top right.

  2. Account → Download your data

    Account → Download your data

    Under the Account section, near the top.

  3. Format: JSON selected

    Choose All data, format JSON

    TXT works too, but JSON keeps your collection names.

  4. Request data → Pending

    Tap Request data

    TikTok shows Pending. Come back to the same screen to download when it’s ready.
