Request your export

  1. TikTok Privacy and settings screen with the Privacy row under Account

    Open Privacy and settings

    Profile tab, then the menu in the top right.

  2. TikTok Privacy screen with Download your data under Data

    Privacy → Download your data

    Tap Privacy, then Download your data at the bottom.

  3. TikTok Request data tab with JSON selected as the file format

    Pick JSON, Select all, Request data

    Set the file format to JSON and tap Select all under TikTok. memtok reads JSON only.

  4. TikTok Download data tab listing past requests

    Download it within 4 days

    Come back to the Download data tab in 1 to 4 days and download the file. It expires 4 days after it’s ready. Then open memtok on the same phone and drop it in.
